Return Policy
We stand behind every blade we sell. Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Defective items
If a blade arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect items shipped
If we shipped the wrong blade code, material, or quantity, contact us immediately. We will collect the incorrect items and dispatch the correct order at our expense.
Cut-to-size blades
Blades that have been cut to a custom diameter are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly cut by us.
How to initiate a return
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order reference and a photo of the item. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Payment is returned via the original payment method.
